Federation Contribution Policy
Federated Members of PRIME Society contribute annually to help advance our mission of creating innovative governance tools, standards, and frameworks. The contribution structure is designed to be equitable, transparent, and impactful, ensuring all members—whether individuals, private businesses, NGOs, or governmental entities—have the opportunity to participate meaningfully in shaping the future of society.
Contribution Formula
Federation fees are calculated as 0.006% of the member's annual budget or revenue, with a minimum contribution of 10,000 USD and a maximum cap of 10,000,000 USD. This approach ensures fairness and scalability, allowing all members to contribute proportionally to their size and resources.
Examples
-
Individuals and Small Organizations: A private individual or NGO with a budget of 100,000 USD would contribute the minimum fee of 10,000 USD
-
Mid-Sized Businesses: A company with an annual revenue of 5 million USD would pay 30,000 USD (0.006% of its revenue).
-
Large Government Entities: A state government with a 10 billion USD annual budget would contribute the maximum capped fee of 10 million USD.
Federated Members have the flexibility to pay their annual contribution in monthly installments.
Why This Contribution Matters
Your federation contribution is an investment in a shared vision of societal progress. These funds are pooled together to:
-
Develop high-quality governance tools and standards.

Individuals can join the PRIME Society Federation for $2,000 annually or $200 per month through credit card payments.
How Credits Are Distributed in PRIME Society
At PRIME Society, we believe in fairness, transparency, and equity when it comes to distributing credits among federated members. Credits represent influence within the PRIME ecosystem, allowing members to vote on priorities, funding allocations, and other strategic decisions. Below, we outline the step-by-step formula used to calculate these credits, ensuring clarity and fairness.
Purpose of Credits
Credits allow members—be they individuals, NGOs, businesses, or governments—to have a proportional say in shaping the future of PRIME Society. The formula ensures that contributions and reach are fairly reflected, while also avoiding disproportionate influence by any single entity.

How Credits Are Distributed in PRIME Society
This section is under development and may change in the near future.
PRIME Society is researching which is the best method to distribute Credits. The following is a suggestion open for discussion.
The PRIME Society uses a structured and transparent formula to allocate credits among its federated members.
This ensures fairness, efficiency, and alignment with societal goals. The formula considers three key factors: population served (P), PPP-adjusted budget (B_PPP), and influence multiplier (M).
Formula
Credits (C) = α * P^0.8 + β * B_PPP^0.6 + γ * M
Definitions
-
P (Population Served): Represents the population unde your direct or indirect responsibility sponsored by you which joined PRIME Society and can vote. Adjustments are made for overlapping entities to avoid double counting.
-
B_PPP (Budget Adjusted for Purchasing Power Parity): Ensures parity across entities from different countries by using PPP-adjusted GDP or budgets.
-
M (Influence Multiplier): Reflects intangible factors like global reach, reputation, expertise or policy impact.
Weightings (α, β, γ): Reflect the importance of each factor. For example, population might have a weight of 50%, budget 30%, and influence 20%.
Why PPP Matters
Using PPP-adjusted budgets ensures that entities in countries with varying currency strengths are evaluated fairly. For instance, a nominal budget of $10M USD in Country A with a PPP index of 0.75 would be adjusted to $7.5M USD.
Mechanism for Overlap Adjustment
-
Population served is split proportionally for entities with overlapping responsibilities (e.g., states and departments).
-
Budgets for private equity funds are capped to prevent disproportionate credit allocation.
Transparency in Influence Multiplier (M):
The multiplier is based on verifiable metrics, such as social reach, economic impact, and global influence, ensuring objectivity in its assignment.
